Real Estate 1, Jerry Walsh & Co. LLC is a family-owned-family-run operation. Father and Son (Jerry and J.T. Walsh) licensed real estate brokers and partners, are both involved directly in the day-to-day operation.

Jerry Walsh graduate of the University of Wyoming, with a B.S. (1969) and M.S. (1971) in Industrial Arts and Administration. A Wyoming native, a member of the Laramie Board of Realtors, National Realtors Association, and a founding member of the National Property Management Section of the National Realtors Association. Served on the church board, was a former vice-president of the University Alumni Board, member of the Elks, and a Master Mason. Jerry has been licensed with the Wyoming Real Estate Commission for over 36 years. Managed properties through personal ownership and management for others.

J.T. Walsh, is and Associate Broker and Office Manager or Real Estate 1. He is a University of Wyoming Honors Graduate in Industrial Technology Education B.S. (1997). Currently Board Chair at the Church. Member of the Laramie Board of Realtors, National Realtors Association. J.T. has been licensed with the Wyoming Real Estate Commission for over 17 years. Currently coaching Junior High Basketball and Senior High Football.
